All returned items must be in new condition (AS SOLD CONDITION), in their original box, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories.
Goods must be complete, unused, and in ‘AS NEW’ condition as received. If the box has been opened, we cannot return the item.
If the goods are defective, please specify the defect. Please DO NOT write or mark anywhere on the product’s factory packing (carton) or product itself.
Pre-orders are nonrefundable and must be paid in advance as the items are specifically pre-booked for the customer who placed the pre-order.
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
Cancelling an Order for Home Delivery and Pick Up from Store
You can cancel the order within 24 hours after the receipt of your orders.
